Hello, welcome to my personal blog which I’ve taken the liberty of naming, Jars of Clay. I got the idea for this blog from my passion for writing and my need for an outlet to express my creative side. Every once in a while I would journal about different things, whether it be a thought I had or a plan for something I wanted to do. But most importantly, it became a place where I could reflect and learn more about who I am and the person that God designed me to be. It was in these moments where I felt the most peace and fulfillment in my life, yet it was concealed within the boundaries of a journal on my shelf, only to collect dust and be forgotten about. As I continue my journey as a writer and follower of Christ, I want these words to mean something one day. I pray that this blog may act as a pillar of hope, inspiring change, motivating others to do something new, or just something that can be related to. As the author of the universe once put it, “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”
